The Casselton Ambulance Service has provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week Basic Life Support coverage since 1978.

The Casselton Ambulance Service is governed by a Board of Directors, licensed by the State of North Dakota, under the direction of our Rural Medical Director, trained by qualified instructors.

The Casselton Ambulance Service covers an area of approximately 736 square miles in a tiered EMS system. Quick Response Units, First Responders, Fire, and Police personnel give initial care, Casselton Ambulance Service provides Basic Life Support transportation. Intercepts with Paramedic Advanced Life Support Units are conducted when those services are required.
